Review of Ayam Gulai and Rendang by Dr. Murdianti, Clarksville, AR
During fasting month, I usually volunteer to provide iftar for 40-50 people at the local mosque on one of the fasting days. I live in a small town where the option to have Indonesian food is not available. In the previous years, I have always ordered food from a Mediterranean restaurant located almost 100 miles from home, drove almost 200 miles round trip to make the iftar available on the day that I volunteer. The reason I did not cook the meal by myself is because of the amount of work that I had to do to prepare Indonesian meal is too much. As a workingwoman, I did not have the time to spend cooking in the kitchen preparing Indonesian food from scratch. But this year, with the help of the seasoning paste from Hikmah Fajar, it cut off almost 75% of the cooking time in the kitchen. Not only that Hikmah Fajar seasoning paste significantly helps me to reduce the amount of time that I have to spend in the kitchen, the dish prepared using Hikmah Fajar seasoning paste is guaranteed to have an excellent taste. And the most important thing is that it is financially affordable. With the same amount of money that I usually spent to order food from a restaurant, I can provide double the amount of meal by cooking using Hikmah Fajar seasoning paste. I also don’t have to travel 200 miles round trip. Hikmah Fajar seasoning paste really makes my life a lot easier, especially when I have to cook in large batches.
